Wealth Management and Investment Solutions (WMIS) is a division of Asset Management focused on working with high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, families and foundations.

WMIS Marketing's overall goal is simple: to be a trusted advisor to the business that helps drive strong results. In support of that goal, we are focused on four key priorities: bringing the brand to life through our client experience; simplifying how we position our products and advice; disrupting and modernizing our content strategy by being digital first; and boosting revenue with data-driven acquisition and deepening strategies. Our collaborative organization has approximately 100 team members sitting in New York, Chicago, Miami, Dallas, San Francisco, London, Paris, Geneva, Hong Kong and Singapore.

About You:

You have either a marketing or product management background and are comfortable being the connection point between the business and technology/development teams. You're laser-focused on delivering great results for stakeholders and have experience prioritizing in order to deliver the most value as quickly as possible. You can comfortably operate tactically as well as strategically to set the vision for the future of our marketing products.

This role will report to the Head of Digital Marketing Platforms.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the Marketing Product Manager include, but are not limited to:
· Developing and managing roadmaps for assigned products:
· Capturing requirements and user stories from stakeholders and pairing with best practice and industry expertise
· Prioritizing delivery against requirements as well as future enhancements to optimize products using an Agile methodology
· Building adoption for products by working with stakeholders and Digital Campaigns team
· Partnering with Technology to justify product's development budget and resource allocation as well as troubleshooting issues
· Managing stakeholder feedback and expectations on delivery timing and future enhancements
· Provide subject matter expertise to organization to influence new digital technology decisions and implementation approaches

Desired profile

·  Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of digital marketing or digital product management experience
·  Experience partnering with Technology/Development teams in an Agile environment
·  Experience in building executive stakeholder buy-in and managing expectations
·  Experience working with email marketing and marketing automation platforms
·  Strong interest in and passion for actionable ideas on how digital marketing can improve an organization's client experience
·  Financial Services industry experience is preferred, but not required
·  Strong project management skills, ability to multitask and be effective partnering at all levels of the organization
·  Excellent oral and written communication skills
