Finance Accounts Payable & MIS Financial Analyst

Our Team:

This position will be located in Geneva and will be part of the EMEA Expense Team.

The successful candidate will be integrated in the Markets CFO Team

Position Description:

Accounts Payble Activites

• Prepare daily payment reports

• Work with cash service team to ensure full end to end payment process

• Compliance check of all Expense Reports for Geneva and Zurich travelers

• Support client advisors and assistants with queries on expense policy

• Point of contact for external corporate card vendor for any account queries and for assistance with travelers issues

• Invoice processing for the Geneva office

• Support the team with month end bookings in the general ledger

MIS Related Activities

• Manage headcount tracking and reporting for the EMEA region

• Produce monthly and weekly analysis for the management

• Work on ad-hoc headcount presentations

• Liaise with market managers and HR to maintain an accurate HC database

• Work on EMEA monthly expense report for the management and support the production of other reports on indirect expenses

Desired profile

Technical Skills:

• Prior knowledge of Concur an asset

• Good knowledge of excel and power point. Access is a plus

• Knowledge of Essbase/Hyperion

• Knowledge of AS400

Personal Skills:

• Team player

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities

• Very good organizational skills

• Strong interpersonal skills
