Background
The Factsheet Team is part of the European Fund Reporting Team that sits in the Client Service & Business Platforms (CS&BP) group within JPMorgan Asset Management. The Team supports the European Sales and Marketing teams in delivering first class client service to our clients investing into our European mutual funds. Clients range from IFAs and Distributors to Retail Clients.
The Factsheet Team produces in excess of 18,000 factsheets per month across our SICAVs, OEICs, Investment Trust and Life Funds. The creation process is semi automated and you will need to understand the different data feeds and how these are integrated to build the final factsheet.
The Role
Reporting to the European Fund Reporting Team Leader; you will be part of a team of 3 responsible for the creation and oversight of factsheet production, tasks include; data collection and validation, system updates and approval of changes, creation of excel extracts. Post production, you will perform sample testing across the factsheets to ensure data has been processed correctly and that all data feeds are as expected. You will also need to respond to ad-hoc requests and queries so excellent time management skills are essential.

• Participating in change initiatives to improve current processes
• Understanding the technical set up of our data feeds
• Building effective relationships with key stakeholders
• Supporting the team agenda including small projects
Desired profile
Qualifications and Essential Skills
• Knowledge of financial markets and products both in Continental Europe and in the UK
• Previous experience of working with performance data, attribution and asset allocation is required
• Intermediate excel skills essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Pro-active “can do” attitude and shows initiative by being delivery focused
• Demonstrates accountability and responsibility for own actions at all times
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good time management and organisational skills with ability to prioritize activities
