Primary Function

Provide support to Capital Advisor in all facets of daily business routine, while maintaining awareness of and sensitivity to confidential nature of private clients.

· Execution of client needs on more complex credit offerings

· Provide client management support once deal is originated

· Works with client to obtain proper financials / paperwork

· Coordinates with middle office

· Oversees closing and funding

· Assist the Capital Advisor with preparation for client meetings

· Support the Capital Advisor with managing portfolio

· Identify deposit sales opportunities

· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

· Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively

· Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment

· Exceptional problem-solving skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Internet/Intranet

· Ability to learn proprietary software and databases

· Knowledge of JPMorgan product offerings



Position Requirements

College degree or equivalent financial services/banking industry experience required
