Position Description
The Marketing analyst or associate is part of the Global Practices & Solutions Marketing team, and will specifically focus on providing marketing and communications support for the Wealth Advisory (primarily estate planning); Advice Lab (the Private Bank's tax and estate planning “think tank”); and Trusts & Estates areas of the Private Bank. This role will be responsible for partnering with the Marketing Manager covering these businesses in a wide array of marketing and communications projects to help drive new business into the Private Bank, and to build the bank's reputation in the professional advisor community. Additionally, the analyst/associate in this position will also dedicate some time to supporting marketing programs for the Investments practice in the U.S.
To be successful, the person in this role will need to work collaboratively with diverse teams and form close partnerships with our business partners, marketing colleagues, Creative Services, interactive marketing, legal/compliance, infrastructure and all other groups that support the business.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Assist Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing programs to increase penetration of wealth planning solutions with new and existing clients
· Help to build internal awareness campaigns designed to foster broader adoption of wealth planning/Advice Lab areas across the Integrated Team
· Work with Marketing Manager to create sales tools to support front office advisors (articles, product profiles, presentations). Manage internal communications for new marketing pieces, including launch emails and front office tool kits
· Provide organizational and administrative support such as overseeing compliance approval process, scheduling large meetings and coordinating intranet postings

Qualifications
· 4-year college degree
· Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Marketing or Financial Services
· Some familiarity with wealth advisory business a plus
· Interest in Marketing, Communications or other business discipline
