Private Banking Summary
Global Wealth Management Operations supports the JPMorgan Private Bank in JP Morgan's Asset Management line of business. The Private Bank is the world's premier service provider for ultra and high net worth individuals. Our goal is to help these affluent individuals across the globe optimize their wealth, after taxes and across generations. Global Wealth Management Operations provides end-to-end support for all aspects of the client experience, working closely with client service, fiduciary, product specialty groups, third party vendors and other internal groups.
PB Operations - Client Information Team
The Client Information Team is made up of highly dedicated individuals who are responsible for all aspects of the opening and maintenance of Private Banking Client accounts and relationships. The team interacts with a variety of internal groups including, but not limited to the Account Initiation Group (AIG), SDI Middle Office, Client Services and Fiduciary in an effort to match client"s investing experience and objectives with the many investing opportunities available within the firm.
Responsibilities of a Business Analyst
Determine and communicate enhancements that impact Client Information and Reporting. Assist with projects through each stage of the project life cycle.
• Create training documentation
• Train end users either virtually or on-site
• Assist in on-site production support during deployments
• Manage defects/issues through the life cycle of the release
• Manage UAT and testers
• Manage future enhancement list and prioritization process
• Create presentations & assist in data gathering
• Complete Business Requirement and Functional Specification Documentation
• Participate in weekend application testing
• Document and review the controls for completeness for various processes and procedures performed within Client Data and Reporting
• Represent Client Data and Reporting through project life cycle when needed
• Ensure all deadlines are met
• Risk and Control coordination

Requirements Experience/Skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and technology
• Detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent oral, written and overall communication skills
• Outstanding time management and prioritization techniques
• Ability to quickly learn new functions
• Required PC skills include strong knowledge of Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project. Experience with mainframe applications would be beneficial
• Strong MIS and data mining skills. Ability to create meaningful scorecards
• Ability to work in both a team and individual environment
• Ability to create, understand and communicate process flows and application workflows
• Display strong initiative
Preferred Experience/Skills
• Two or more years experience with business analyst
• Experience in each cycle/stage of a project
• Experience with risk and control
• Experience with finance/banking
