Support includes (but is not limited to) advanced troubleshooting, answering technical and policy questions, and taking escalated technical calls as well as complaint calls. Support takes place both via a phone queue as well as instant messaging (Microsoft Lync). In addition, they will also be answering email from multiple inboxes, responding to customer survey feedback, and may assist in writing training material as well as actually training other technicians on various products.

Desired profile

Basic Qualifications: - High School Diploma or Equivalent.- Minimum 3+ years experience in internet protocol and behaviors, i.e. different browsers, OSs preferred.- Minimum 2+ years experience in customer support preferable in a call center environment preferred.Preferred Skills:- Obtained or working towards Undergraduate Computer Science Degree.- Understanding of Computer programming languages (.Net, Java, Perl, JavaScript, HTML, etc.)- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, as troubleshooting and assisting our merchants are vital parts of the job.- The ability to communicate effectively over the phone, IM, and via e-mail.- Strong writing skills are useful in preparing e-mail communications with external and internal contacts.- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.JPMorgan Chase is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer M/F/Disability/Veteran.
