Position: Researcher/Resourcer (in the SPORTS industry)

Location: Portsmouth

Salary: £17,000 - £19,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE £25,000 Year 1, £30,000 - £40,000 Year 2, £60,000+ Year 3)

We are recruiting for an entry level role within the recruitment industry. This is a great opportunity to start from the bottom and progress through the ranks. There is a clear defined structure to achieve your first promotion within the first 12 months - with further defined targets thereafter.

The role: A candidate/lead generation focused role, sourcing high calibre applicants for vacancies that their Consultants/Account Managers are assigned. You will develop a deep understanding of the sports business sector, building continuous knowledge and credibility.

The candidate: YOU! As a Trainee this role is high pressured, yet highly rewarding. Our client is looking for someone who is ambitious, persistent and resilient. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bright, energetic, confident and be personable over the phone. If you are a quick learner, have the ability to work under pressure and have exceptional organisational skills - you'll be onto a winner.
