Drama Teacher Required (Job Ref: 337075)

A Drama Teacher is required for a school in Somerset. The school will be offering a full time maternity cover contract to run from December 2015 until the end of the academic year in July 2016.

The essential skills criteria for this post are:

• Be able to teach KS3 and KS4 Drama
• Experience of teaching KS5 would be desirable
• Hold a valid UK QTS
• Have high expectations, standards and ability relating to behaviour management
• A commitment to the learning and development of pupils
• Have strong interpersonal skills when communicating with staff, pupils and parents

The school is based in the Somerset area, in lovely surroundings, Ofsted have recently described the school as 'good' with outstanding features. The headteacher has a strong vision as a top performing institution, moving behaviour, achievement and teaching to the highest standards.

The role will be run through ITN Mark Education so a full registration will be required. This includes at least 2 satisfactory references, an Enhanced DBS Disclosure (ITN Mark can process this for you) and face to face meeting.
