The role of Marketing Coordinator is to coordinate and support marketing driven projects and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner.
You will be part of a team of really bright and ambitious people to contribute in rapidly expanding the long list of delighted Yooz customers. You will help finding those prospects, wow them, close them, and love them so they never leave. Yooz is an amazing SaaS product combined with one kick-ass group of sales, presales and marketing specialists.
Your Mission

Your mission is to contribute to the execution of the marketing roadmap defined by the Yooz marketing leadership.
You will be a champion of Yooz and will assist the marketing team in articulating value, innovation and differentiation, explain the incredible ROI of Yooz, inspire and sell the future of Yooz; both inside our company and across our target market.
You will maintain strong working relationships with other Yooz personnel in Sales, Services, Marketing and Product Management teams worldwide.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the marketing department across a broad range of marketing and demand generation initiatives
- The Marketing Coordinator supports system-wide marketing, advertising, social media, and communication strategies to attract and retain clients
- Work with the marketing project manager to help develop, schedule and deliver content that meets campaign nurturing specifications and cadence. Subsequent measurement and reporting of open/click rates for each campaign initiative
- Possesses the ability to grow and connect with various audiences as well as support marketing initiatives
- Under management direction, develop and post/schedule/coordinate social media content and reputation management efforts
- Draft and copy edit written communications/content for sales enablement tools and external marketing materials
- Event planning and execution including business meetings, client advisory group meetings and conferences
- Provide reporting related to market analysis and key performance indicator results.
- Monitor marketing industry news and submit reports on emerging trends and thought leader content
- Work with marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the on-time completion of projects and tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years working in a marketing department and lead marketing campaign utilizing social media channels
- Bachelor degree in business Major: Marketing (preferred), Communication, Public Relations or related field
- Passion and the initiative for creating innovative marketing content and campaigns while measuring results against KPIs
- Experience leveraging, managing and posting to social media channels and reputation management
- Experience running and monitoring business social media accounts
- Experience working in HTML code
- Experience utilizing and leveraging LinkedIn to expand brand awareness footprint
- Proficient with full Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, PowerPoint) , Hubspot, Salesforce.com and SmartSheet
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong copywriting, editing and proofing skills
- Familiar with AP Style
- Superior organizational skills and ability to complete tasks without being micromanaged
- Self-motivated, proactive and innovative style
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer-centric
- Ability to work well on a team in a start-up mode: dynamic, fast growing, international
- Aptitude for technology
- Knowledge of Accounting and Accounts Payable is a plus
- Fluent in English and French
