We are looking for a person to manage our family business's social media (Facebook and Instagram). The family business is in the tourism and hospitality. This is a perfect role for someone who is looking to improve and build a digital marketing portfolio. Expenses up to £50/month are considered as remuneration.
The social media manager is a highly motivated, creative individual with a passion for connecting with current and future customers. That passion comes through as he/she engages with customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers. He/She must be fluid in English (German a plus) and potentially has some knowledge/understanding of the tourism/travel/hospitality sector.
Manage social media marketing campaigns
Develop relevant content topics to reach the business's target customers.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way.
Oversee design (i.e., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages).
Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.
Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)
