Job description
Internship
The internship will consist in providing support to the career service department with administrative duties, events promotion and organization, students and alumni’s management and industry relationships activities.
To assist with content collection and presentation of student and alumni case studies and building of student / alumni community
To assist with the organisation, preparation and logistics for career events (e.g. fashion shows, career workshops and seminars, Alumni and industry talks) in collaboration with the Business Development Team
To research potential new employers, graduate schemes and career development opportunities
To contribute to publication and distribution of promotional material for career events
To manage the collection and analysis of IM Careers data, creating accurate reports (mainly through excel spreadsheets and powerpoint presentations)
To propose/suggest creative ideas and solutions on how to improve the Careers services and Students’ satisfaction levels

Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree preferred. IM Alumni experience desirable
Excellent telephone and communications manners
Ability to input data accurately and meet deadlines (previous experience of inputting and quality checking large volumes of data will be an advantage)
A team player, with strong administrative skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment and with attention to detail
Practical approach to problem solving
English language – full proficiency required, (any additional language desirable)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office essential; good knowledge of Adobe indesign/photoshop highly desirable
Interest in career and employability development, higher education, fashion, design highly desirable
