Job description

We are seeking a talented Operation Support Analyst to join an Energy Supplier based in Nottingham. The individual will look after our back - office operations covering gas and electricity market business processes.

TIME: Hours of work are 40hours per week, between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday. FULL TIME

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform the Ready for Business check at the start of business day
  • Manages and monitor the operational work-flows, resolving issues as they arise
  • Coordinating with the Customer Services to ensure that all customer issues are properly managed to resolution
  • Help implement and adhere to business processes to ensure productivity
  • Monitoring and managing on-going business processes
  • Investigate all order related issues and resolve accordingly
  • Manages our agents and coordinates operational activities with them as required
  • Maintain records and produce regular statistical information and management reports
  • Testing all the developed system to ensure its meets business requirements
  • Working with company procedures and ensuring all smooth business operations
  • Documenting companies operational processes
  • Perform Administrative work such as organising meeting, gathering paper work
  • Resolve escalated issues from customer support using company’s procedure.
  • Produce and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc Management & regulatory reports
  • Reviewing company operations business processes with aim of improving it
  • Collaborating with other industry parties on behalf of company to manage and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with IT team in improving operations system

Skills Required

  • Ability to manage own workload in a professional and proactive manner
  • Ability to work on multiple work-flows, effectively coordinating with different teams to achieve the business goal.
  • Good computer knowledge with focus on internet browser (Chrome/Internet Explorer), Excel, Ms Word and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skill (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to generate reports with Excel
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills

Qualification

  • A-Level with Pass in English and Maths (We may consider good GCSE)

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and be able to commute to Nottingham
