Summary
We are currently looking for 7 bilingual call center agents to ensure the quality of the calls and services on behalf of our customers. We’ve got competitive compensation, great benefits, and a career path that rewards performance with growth and opportunity.
Requirements and working conditions
Salary offered : $ 14.00 - per hour
Other form of remuneration : commission or performance bonus
Various conditions : For Fluent Trilingual Candidates – English/Spanish/French - $14.50
Number of hours per week : 40.00

Responsibilities
Our Agents are responsible for a variety of different calls including:
· Answer all inbound calls with a friendly and positive attitude to serve.
· Process all complaints accurately and in a timely manner.
· Record all customer and florist calls efficiently, and accurately.
· Places outbound calls to customers and florists as required.
· Support the department’s team atmosphere by interacting with fellow advocates in a positive and supportive manner.
· Delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty.
· Maintain empathy for the customer’s situation.
· Resolve solutions in the best interest of the customer, florist, and company
· Adhere to call management guidelines for average handle time
Requirements
· Outstanding Customer Service Skills
· A desire to learn and develop customer service skills
· 1 to 6 months of Call Center experience
· Language requirements : Spanish/English
· Microsoft office knowledge, operations and workforce management applications, quality assurance programs, internal reporting tools and current technologies an asset.
Education Requirement
High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to regularly speak and sit for extended periods of time. The employee will be required to occasionally stand and walk or otherwise traverse in order to be accessible to the production floor. The person in this position will be required to exert at up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull or otherwise move objects and may be required to carry or lift objects up to 10 lbs. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and/or documents; and/or viewing a computer terminal. The person in this position may need to occasionally bend, reach, kneel, or twist for minimal periods of time. Employees should not attempt to lift, pull or push a load in excess of 50 lbs. without assistance. Care should always be taken when lifting, pushing or pulling in an awkward position.
