Summary

Do you have a passion for customer service?   iQor is seeking FULL-TIME & PART-TIME* service-oriented individuals to join our team of  Customer Care Agents in Tupelo, MS (Office-Based)!

Responsibilities

· Be a hero for our customers by saving their day.

· Provide a world-class customer service experience for our customers by answering questions & diffusing frustrations.

· Build trust with our customers & provide quality results in an efficient manner.

· Use your advanced technical knowledge to solve technical support for programming & equipment issues.

· Answer a wide array of questions and provide education on complex issues, self-resolutions & offer value-added services. 

 

Requirements

· Quickly navigates multiple software programs, windows applications, and search engines.

· Has top-notch listening skills allowing him/her to understand the issue and troubleshoot resolutions.

· Is self-motivated with the ability to stay on task and take initiative.

· Must be self-disciplined and be able to operate independently.

· Has the ability to up-sell to promote additional services and products that promote program loyalty.

· You will be engaged through the use of coaching sessions· Able to use appropriate grammar and tone to provide information and problem resolution to customers.

· Flexible to work all shifts as required including evenings, weekends, and holidays as well as be able to attend each class of the 6-week training period. 

  *Training is Sunday – Thursday 11:00am to 8:00pm.  The work schedule afterwards is likely to be 3:30pm – midnight with 2 consecutive weekdays off.  You must be available to work these hours.

·  Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Education Requirement

High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Individual will be required to stand and walk or otherwise traverse in order to be accessible to the production floor for extended periods of time. The person in this position will be required to regularly exert at least 10 lbs. of force to push, pull or otherwise move objects and may be required to carry or lift objects up to 10 lbs. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and/or documents; viewing a computer terminal; and/or visual inspection of products or machinery. The person in this position may need to occasionally sit, type, climb stairs, bend, reach, kneel, or twist for minimal periods of time. Employees should not attempt to lift, pull or push a load in excess of 50 lbs. without assistance.
