Digital team has been created 3 years ago, is composed of 11 resources who serve Ipsen in the following areas :
- Accelerate drug time to market
- Differentiate products
- Improve internal ways of working,
Poste et missions:
You will join corporate IT Digital corporate team based in Slough and you will work with project managers and directors to help them in the design of solutions:
- Aknowledge perfectly Ipsen’s Graphical guideline and its usability to propose design in adequation with it
- Interview Projector managers to understand their pain-points and needs to propose design answering them
- Create project branding & Visual elements for communication plans
- Create Newsletters and other mailing (Launches, events, surveys…)
- Presenting initial design ideas,
- Drawing up detailed website/ Apps specifications (define wireframes, etc.)
- Understand device requirements to produce visual corresponding for each format (Portait/Landscape) and each device size (Mobile, desktop, Tablet…)
- Search engine optimisation (SEO)
- Develop some of the tools using wordpress framework
- Integrate solutions into our digital factory
Profil:
- Education: +5 years after A level, Design School, Engineer.
- Creation and design of User interfaces,
- Technical skills needed
- Adobe creative suite : Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
- Complete skills
- Prototyping solutions: Sketch, Invision…
- Complete Skills
- Design interviews – Complete Skills
- Mailing solutions: Mailchimp – Basic Skills
- HTML5, CSS3
- Basic skills
- A successful candidate should be aware of latest trend in terms of Digital and understand Ipsen’s needs in this domain.

- Fluent in English is mandatory. French would be a plus
The VIE is based in Slough, with a 3 weeks training in Boulogne (Ipsen’s Headquarter).
