Job description

Introduction

Key responsibilities

·  Provide in-depth, ad-hoc financial analysis to the Investment Team, including cash flow modelling, asset valuation and scenario analysis;
·  Support the Investment Manager on the commercial and financial due diligence on startups;
·  Assist in preparation of meetings between funds and startups, including sourcing, analysis and collection of required documents;
·  Develop sales pitches and conduct ad hoc investment-related research as needed.

 

Activities

 

• Implement financial models and reports
• Draft documents for the investment team and committee
• Analyze markets, trends, technologies and companies
• Perform interviews and due diligences

Requirements

Key features

·  Degree education in Finance;
·  Deep personal interest in technology, startups, and innovation;
·  Strong financial analysis and modelling skills;
·  Comfortable working on a small, collaborative and performance-oriented team;
·  Excellent communication skills in Italian and English ;
·  Proficient knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
·  Intellectual curiosity and ability to think outside the box
·  Availability starting from September

The selection process is divided into two stages. You will take an interview with the Recruiting & Assessment Center team, that evaluates your soft skills. Those who pass this first step will receive an invitation for a technical interview with the relevant Division. Each candidate will receive feedback, regardless of the result.
