Scope and Purpose
Candidate will be involved in all the activities related to the Data Governance Framework in collaboration with the relevant roles in the Bank and Data Office Coordination (Parent Company): expebcib - Define/ Adjust Data Governance and Data Quality model for the bank accordingly with Parent Company Framework; - Manage Data Governance and Data Quality in order to address any data related issues, including the definition of business strategies on the data, addressing areas of risk or criticality, addressing the assessment of technological architecture functional adequacy; - Coordinate and support local Data Owners to guarantee Governance and Quality of the data: - Define the official sources for data (golden source) and the golden reports, in collaboration with data owner and data users; - Manage Bank Data Models, design and oversee the renovation of the Data Dictionaries, Reports and Controls. - Monitor the overall quality of data through appropriate Key Quality Indicator and propose actions for their improvement; - Promote the "data culture", stimulating an efficient, effective and innovative data use, also through data analysis services, and propose solutions to ensure the best accuracy, completeness, timeliness and integrity of information and their overall consistency; - Coordinate project activities involving data for the Bank, from the data requirement definition, data analysis, model definition, data collection and to feed Governance System; - Collaborate with ICT functions to the architecture definition and the IT strategy of the Group Data Governance system.
Required Experience
Bachelor Degree
At least 2 years of experience in the bank
