Scope and Purpose
· Collecting all information and documents concerning new business relationships related to Corporate Banking counterparties
· Ensure periodical review of files leading bank AML/KYC requirements to clients;
· Accountable for maintaining data high quality standards by ensuring information captured in the Bank’s systems and timely storage of collected documentation.
Scope and Purpose
· Supporting RM in clients’ onboarding and preliminary due diligence, including, among others, contacting clients and potential clients for collecting KYC documents, client’s filing, opening anagrafica (in-house and for Head Office common platform purposes) and assisting the RM in order to prepare dedicated internal committee proposals/notes;
· Ensure a proactive identification and, where appropriate, escalation of risks and issues in compliance with the implemented Bank’s problem solving process, maintain high service standards and mitigate potential risks/losses acting together with each department involved in the Division and in the bank
Scope and Purpose
· Follow up of client requests concerning the ongoing bank account and filing of eventual clients’ details changes
· Performing AML first level controls on clients transactions
· Authorize locking and/or unlocking of bank accounts in order to consent to back office to execute payment instructions and related follow up with the relevant involved departments in compliance with all bank and regulatory guidelines acting together with each department involved in the Division and in the bank
· Sending periodical report/portfolio to clients, where requested
· Ensure the clients’ instructions execution follow up in order to guarantee an optimal quality service
· Supervise internal and external controls to maintain quality and resolve issues acting together with each department involved in the Division and in the bank
Required Experience
· Bachelor degree in business, commercial or finance, ideally with a previous experience in the Corporate Banking industry
· Experience in accounts management
· 3-5 years of experience
Competencies Required
· Familiar with Corporate Banking
· Sound understanding of financial fundamentals
· Good understanding of banking and financial industry dynamics and accounting principles
· Strong knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
