Job description

Scope and Purpose
- Under Directors' supervision, drafting of pitchbooks or similar documents - Companies' performance analysis - Valuation of different companies through various methodologies, checking the consistency of the underlying financial model (supervising Analysts' activities) - Under Directors' supervision, drafting of Teasers, Management Presentations, Analysts presentations or similar documents for specific deals - Support Directors in charge of a deal, in the execution with self-government approach on some specific activities of the process - Analysts' Team management
Required experience
- +3 years of experience in Corporate Finance or ECM - Solid understanding of Italian/European Capital markets and regulations - Proficiency in English, ideally improved through an educational/working experience abroad
Required qualifications, skills and knowledge
- Investment Banking professional - Understanding of Italian/European Capital markets and regulations - Knowledge of financial analysis, financial modelling, business planning and evaluation methods - Teamworking, self-motivated, with strong communication and interpersonal skills - International and multi-cultural approach
