Scope and Purpose
Functions Support the Relationship Managers in achieving the profitability, commercial and risk goals for the customers in question Support the Relationship Managers in targeted customer visits to achieve defined commercial goals Support the Relationship Manager in drafting commercial pitches and credit applications as well as in opening account related activities Perform, also working in a team, administrative activities related to customer management Pro-actively liaise with the customer in the management and resolution of problems and requests Ensure the quality of the work carried out, as well as compliance with the deadlines, intervening operationally in urgent transactions Ensure the proper management of customers guaranteeing internal compliance to the Bank's provisions for the regulatory framework as well as the Bank's other operating processes Support Relationship Managers in assessing the management trend and economic performance of the reference customer and activating the necessary corrective actions
Required Experience
- 2+ years of experience in banking and good knowledge of commercial / corporate banking products. - Hands on experience related to KYC, anti-money laundering and counter financing of terrorism for corporate clients
