Scope and Purpose

1.           Regulatory reporting

     •        Creation of German Reporting (Bista, AWV, ANACREDIT, the external position, borrowers statistics, K4 / Z4 message rate statistics, large exposure reporting)

     •        Creation of internal reporting submitted to Head Office in Italy

     •        Monitoring of minimum reserve

 

2.           Daily Accounting Tasks

     •        Reconciliation of nostro corona system

     •        Analysis and Monitoring of sets of financial statements

     •        Identification and clarification of accounting differences   expebcib

Scope and Purpose

 

     •        Cost management:

        o    settlement, accounting and monitoring of the collection of bills

        o    accounting and payment of invoices in our core system

        o    Control and accounting of travel expenses

     •        Control on fixed assets account keeping

     •        input of accounting documents in core system

     •        current FX rates and prime rates input in core system

     •        Customer management, e.g. accounts opening, closing      expebcib

Required Experience

•             Minimum two year-experience in regulatory reporting to Deutsche Bundesbank (AnaCredit, BiSta, AWV, etc.)

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

• Commercial qualification/experience in senior accounting office

• Knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS & HGB)

• Flexibility and learning ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing environment and legal/accounting framework

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Familiar with MS-Office (especially Excel) and ABACUS360

• Languages: German & English (Italian optional, but not required)
