We have an exciting opportunity for an driven, ambitious and forward thinking individual to join our team as a Trainee Consultant based in our vibrant Manchester office. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To fill vacancies with a varied selection of other customers whose business has been won by the New Business team or referred from elsewhere in Group.

To be recognised as a Subject Matter Expert and first point of contact on recruitment matters by the stakeholders within the assigned clients.

To work closely with the client’s stakeholders to fully understand their business needs and recruitment requirements in order to plan and executive first class recruitment solutions, maximising our fill rate.

To build an excellent rapport with all customers, visiting in person as necessary and to proactively seek referrals to other hiring managers and/or business areas to increase IQ Analytics’s market share with that customer.

To attain and maintain a personal and corporate reputation for excellent customer service and complete integrity, with both clients and candidates.

To participate in any bid/tendering activities and presentations required to acquire or maintain corporate customers.
