Job description

Contractor Care Administrator required by this this UK leading Recruitment Company to manage and support a large volume of contractors working on site at some of our key accounts.

The Contractor Care Administrator is responsible for building effective relationships with new and existing Contractors throughout the life of any agreement and to provide seamless and consistent end-to-end services to customer satisfaction.

Contractor Care Tasks

  • Monthly calls to contractors.
  • Contact calls to discuss extensions.
  • Gathering information on the client, projects, market and relaying to the relevant Account Manager.
  • Supporting the companies Live Chat facility
  • Acting as point of call for contractor issues.
  • Chasing timesheets at month end.
  • Building internal relationships with the back office to deliver proactive solutions to contractor problems.
  • Maintaining compliance.
  • Staying abreast of contract laws and initiatives including IR35 and providing advice where need be.
  • Speaking with leavers in advance to understand the need to backfill and whether there are opportunities for them in our wider group of clients.
  • Referrals from contractors.
  • Updating the internal CRM throughout the process making sure records are accurate and up to date.
  • Ensuring your function is measured through Contractor Care Feedback Surveys.

This role would suite someone who is engaging, outgoing and looking to develop a career within recruitment. The natural career move will be Account Management or leading a team within the contractor care function.
