Job Description :
The role of the Talent Acquisition and Development Officer is to support the activity of both the Europe Recruitment and the Europe Learning & Development Departments.
This is a one-year contract with the ability to extend for another 6 months and/or potentially turn into a permanent role.
Related to our learning & development mission, this will involve the administration and coordination of training events, LMS reporting, supporting HR projects and administering our internal career development platform.
Related to our recruitment mission, this will involve coordinating the recruitment process, attending career fairs, administering our applicant tracking system and working to build up our employer branding.
Learning & Development duties
Managing and tracking training nominations across Europe
Updating training records and reporting
Liaising closely with the finance team to recharge costs for training and code invoices
Coordination of training events: room booking, sending invites and confirmations, liaising with facilitators, participants and Facilities to ensure a smooth training delivery
Training evaluation: creating and administering feedback surveys (i.e., Survey Monkey) and analysing results.
Administering the internal career development platform: user management, organising promotion events, working with the provider to create learning programmes.
Coordinating staff onboarding
Europe and HR Projects
Designing & creating internal communication materials (videos, brochures, training catalogues)
Supporting the Corporate Social Responsibility committee and organising people engagement activities
Supporting the development of key HR projects: implementing video interviewing, flexible working, employee engagement and career development.
Recruitment duties
Supporting the whole recruiting cycle: screening CVs, phone interviews, attending interviews and taking notes, gathering feedback from hiring managers
Liaising with hiring managers, interviewers and candidates in order to schedule interviews
Writing and post job descriptions on career websites and universities boards
Administering psychometric assessments
Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
Administering the applicant tracking system (i.e., creating users, updating candidate records, ensuring consent was given etc.)
Campus management: engagement with universities & business schools in the different countries
Managing the recruitment of AIESEC interns and apprentices for London.
Qualifications :
BA/MA graduate with an interest and experience in HR
Fluent in English; an additional language is desirable (German or Italian)
Ability to take the initiative and ownership for own work and projects
Excellent communication skills
Excellent analytical skills and ability to challenge and re-engineer processes
MS Office Suite; experience with ATS and LMS systems is desirable; questionnaire creation
Creative problem solving skills
Experience or interest in digital communication media is desirable (graphic design, audio/video production)
