Job Description :
We are looking for a German-speaking Recruitment Advisor on a V.I.E. contract for 12 months to join our wider European Recruitment & HR team in Neu Isenburg, to lead and manage end to end in house recruitment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high quality recruitment service, ensuring the right people are recruited into the right jobs for a variety of roles (S&M, Operations, Logistics, IT).The Recruitment Advisor will build a consistent pipeline of calibre candidates and manage the recruitment process from taking the brief with line managers, designing and advertising roles, identifying candidates, interviewing, assessing, shortlisting and offering.
Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment process.
Develop ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, employment branding).
Decide on the best assessments for each role (personality assessment, verbal reasoning etc..).
Provide detailed constructive feedback to all candidates/employees who have been interviewed.
Proactively build pipelines for critical roles.
Negotiate and manage the offer process.
Maintain accurate documentation and records on all candidates.
Work with agencies on certain roles in line with budget.
Maintain a clear understanding of all relevant legislation which affects recruitment and internal mobility.

Required Skills and Experience :
You have excellent interpersonal skills in order to provide the ultimate candidate experience.
You are passionate about recruitment, already a first experience in recruitment, ideally in a recruitment agency.
You want to bring in and develop the right talent in the organisation.
You are a driven, hardworking and innovative individual looking for a fast paced & international company.
Excellent written and oral French and German.
Strong IT skills, tech savvy.
Any experience abroad will be highly appreciated.
A degree in HR is an advantage.
