InterCall Europe, part of West Corporation, is the world’s largest dedicated provider within Audio, Web, Video and Event Conferencing solutions. We are currently recruiting for a Web & Video Conference Support Consultant to work as part of a newly formed team.

As an integral part of this team you will provide Technical support and high-level customer service to maintain strong business relationships with InterCall customers. You will support bespoke requirements and niche products for service delivery with Web and Video Conferencing. As a Web & Video Support Consultant communication skills are key, as you will:

• Take ownership of client communication of escalated issues until conclusion
• Understand and translate product pipelines to ensure operational readiness to support
• Provide education to clients on InterCall’s bespoke product portfolio
• Take full ownership of assigned suppliers ensuring regular supplier contact especially regarding customer issues and see them through to resolution
• Test and support bespoke Web & Video solutions, and produce reports on supplier and technical performance

This is a varied, interesting role ideal for somebody with experience in Client / Supplier Relations, Project Support, Service Delivery and a technical aptitude.

With experience within a B2B customer environment, the successful candidate will be:

• Analytical with strong attention to detail
• Organised with good time management skills
• Able to multi-task and prioritise
• Able to define problems, collect data and draw valid conclusions
• Confident in trouble-shooting and making decisions
• Proficient in Microsoft packages
