Do you have technical/IT/ helpdesk experience? Or have you studied a technical / IT related subject and looking to transfer your skills to a working environment?

This role will allow you to exercise your creative problem solving skills by trouble-shooting internet based products, working with customers to resolve technical issues. You will contribute to the delivery and management of audio, web and video conferencing, provide outstanding customer service and act as a representative for the company - all whilst gaining valuable experience in this fast-paced and enjoyable role.

As the suitable candidate you will be professional, positive, proactive and able to work in a busy, dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have:


  • Experience in a technical, IT related or helpdesk role preferable but not essential as full training is provided

  • Customer Service experience

  • Competence with Microsoft Office

  • A clear telephone manner

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proven ability to use your own initiative and work well under pressure

  • Strong organisational abilities

  • Fluency in English AND Finnish, Dutch or Danish
