InterCall Europe, part of West Corporation, is the world’s largest dedicated provider within Audio, Web, Video and Event Conferencing solutions. We are currently recruiting for an accurate and self-motivated Invoice Reconciliation Specialist. As a key member the Telecoms team, working closely with the Telecoms Data Analyst and Finance department, you will be responsible for:

• Importing carrier invoices using a Telecoms Data Management system
• Analysis of carrier usage and costs
• Validation and reconciliation of carrier invoices
• Troubleshooting data and invoicing issues
• Creating, running and management of reports (on Excel)

The successful candidate will be:

• Enthusiastic, well-organised and keen to learn
• Capable of working under pressure and to deadlines
• Honest, reliable and committed
• Accurate and attentive to detail
• Confident in communicating with internal/external parties

And have:

• Relevant experience within Invoice Reconciliation or Data Analysis
• A Mathematics/Statistics or Computing based qualification would be beneficial
• Good Excel skills, including pivot tables
• Experience using reporting systems would be advantageous
• Good time management skills and ability to work autonomously
