InterCall Europe, an innovative world leader in Audio, Web, Video and Event Conferencing solutions, are recruiting Event Coordinators to run a variety of conference-calls for clients around the world!

Working as part of a dynamic operational team, you will deliver exceptional service and support to world-wide clients, delivering customer requirements in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction is continually improved.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Assisting with the entry of participants to events
  • Ensuring the smooth and seamless running of all audio-conferences
  • Facilitating and delivering standard and high profile/VIP events for Global Enterprise Companies
  • Completing all relevant support duties and administrative duties
  • Delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Liaising directly with all customers in a consistent pleasant, professional and pro-active manner and provide a seamless service

Language skills are beneficial but not essential.

Please note: this is a full-time permanent role is based in Gloucester, and requires shift working between 6am-8pm. Starting salary on offer of up to £19,000 depending on language skills.

Successful candidates will start on Monday 5th October.
