The role involves taking reservations for Audio, Web and Visual conferences for a variety of clients, in a fast-paced, friendly service centre environment.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Communicating and consulting with customers via various methods (email, phone & social media) to identify their conferencing requirements and booking these into our Reservations system
• Assisting with the entry of participants to their event
• Facilitating and delivering standard and high profile/VIP events for Global Enterprise Companies
• Completing all relevant support duties and administrative duties in line with the above
• Liaising directly and maintaining with all customers in a pleasant, professional and pro-active manner and provide a seamless service
• Ensuring the smooth and seamless running of all events and bookings is a priority
• Upsell and cross-sell Intercall services and products where suitable

Working with international clients, language skills are essential in this role. We are recruiting for fluent French, German and Spanish speakers, but will also consider other European languages (Dutch, Portuguese, Finnish, Danish, Italian, Swedish and Russian).

Please note: this role is based in Croydon, and requires shift working between 6am-8pm.
