Spending 6 months each in 4 core areas of our business, you will then settle within either our Business Operations or Technical Operations teams.

Business Operations

Join us on our business operations programme and you will gain an insight into how we market ourselves to the financial services industry, sell our software solution, successfully onboard clients to our solution and provide the best in class client support and account management.

Technical Operations

Join us on our technical operations programme and you will experience first-hand the full software development life cycle from capturing requirements in business analysis, through code, quality assurance and deployment. Help us create and deliver innovative solutions using the latest microsoft house technology.

Salary & Benefits

We know salary isn't everything but graduates start on £27,000 and will receive regular reviews during the 2 year scheme. You will also be eligible for our company benefits.

Training

In addition to on the job learning, we offer:

• Comprehensive induction to our business including departmental overviews, financial services industry training, product training and shadowing with one of our clients to give you a real insight into an IFA's business

• Support system through line management and mentor with great experience, expertise and advice

• On line training available 24/7

• Business management skills

Study support for professional qualifications such as Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or Microsoft Certification.

The ideal candidate will be a Graduate in one of the following subjects:

Economics
Computer Science/Computer Engineering
Business/Business Management
Mathematics
