We are looking for an undergraduate Intern to join our Talent Organization to perform activities in support of the onboarding and integration of our new employees in Poland. Your office location will be in Gdansk, working alongside our recruitment team and also our onboarding and integration team located throughout the Greater European Region. Your primary focus will be to coordinate and manage all logistical activities to ensure the successful delivery of our New Employee Orientation (NEO) program in Poland.
This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with a passion for creating a great onboarding experience for our new employees. To be successful in this role you should have a keen attention to detail and be able to communicate well with a range of stakeholders through both written and verbal interactions. You should have good organization skills, be able to plan ahead and prioritize your time well whilst taking initiative and applying good problem solving skills to your work.
The internship is for a 24 month time commitment and is offered on a working student basis. During the internship you will have the opportunity to work alongside a great team and build experience in the area of employee onboarding, there will also be the opportunity to get involved in supporting other talent programs as time permits.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Attending meetings as set by the regional NEO owner to prepare for upcoming NEOs.
- Ensuring close alignment with key stakeholders on site to ensure first day preparations are in place and communicated clearly prior to the NEO day.
- Attend every NEO session, ensuring room set up and all logistics are in place for the instructor, greeting new employees in reception and escorting them to the NEO training room and being available to resolve any problems as needed.
- Ensure logistical arrangements are in place for in room refreshments and manage volunteer schedule for lunch hosts.
- Provide input and make recommendations for process improvements and ensure all materials and documents are kept up-to-date.
- Support other onboarding programs and broader talent programs as required.

Desired profile
You should be a student in your third year of studies pursing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline and seeking a working student position for 24 monthsHave a passion for working in the area of Human Resources. Previous relevant HR experience would be an advantageKey competencies include: Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, customer focus, good planning and organization skills, seeing tasks through to completion, ability to take initiative and be an effective problem solverYou should be fluent in Polish and English language - both verbal and written communication
