Job description
In this position, you will be working in the Intel Corporate Services organization focusing engineering & operation of facilities systems as stated below:
- Ultra Pure Water system (Resin bed, RO, UV, Membrane De-Gasification: MDG, Polisher, Ultra-Filtration: UF, etc);
- Waste water treatment system (Ammonia waste system, Hydrofluoric Waste (HFW) system, Acid Waste Neutralization (AWN) system);
- Process Drain System (H3PO4W, Waste Solvent, SOG)
Job Description:
- Provides facilities engineering & operational leadership to the site organization in support to Safety, Reliability, Quality, Environmental and Cost objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring facilities system reliability at max to avoid manufacturing/facility (or operations) impacts by meeting uptime goals.
- Partnership with project team to meet design criteria, scope, budget, and schedule.
- Oversight of planning, design, construction, maintenance and modifications to equipment, machinery, facilities systems, buildings and structures as required to support business requirements.
- Delivering operational efficiency, maintenance, testing and commissioning solutions; effective collaboration with construction and operations teams to coordinate work in the field.
- Identify and implement opportunities to achieve lowest cost of ownership to key stakeholders while maintaining reliability.
- Energy conservation projects are key engineering focus. Results are delivered through the application of engineering skills and tools.
- Systematic problem solving; statistical validation of system performance.
- Collaboration with the Site Facility management team, suppliers, key stakeholders and through in-depth understanding of the operating systems to determine and ensure compliance to existing standards, specifications, building codes, and processes.
Desired profile
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors of Environmental engineering or plumbing discipline, master in Environmental engineering or plumbing discipline degree.
Additional qualifications include:
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of statistical methods to include Statistical Process Control.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft* Office Applications-
- Knowledge in Industrial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning or equivalent.
