Responsibilities:

  • As a Burn-In & HTOL Content Development Engineer, you will work on developing test content solutions for High Voltage Quick Kill (HVQK), Burn In (BI) and High Temperature Operating Life (HTOL) activities.
  • You will partner with Quality and Reliability team to innovate and rollout solutions to ensure lifetime quality of FPGA products in Intel.
  • You will be exposed to a variety of memory architecture including in-house designed and third party purchased IPs. Memory types include SRAM, DRAM, Flash, ROM and other that and may be used in the products.
  • As part of a highly technical team, you will have the opportunity to innovate on and establish new methodology, define process improvements, and drive new R&D initiatives.
  • You will partner with cross functional groups across the globe as you drive for test capability throughout the entire product development cycle and resolve multi-disciplinary problems.

Desired profile

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years' industry experience in IC Design, IC Test, or equivalent field.
  • Understanding of FPGA and experience in developing test content for complex products
  • Experience in HVQK, BI and/or HTOL will be an added advantage.
