The Technical Project Lead for Engineering handles automotive projects of moderate scope and high complexity or of broad scope and moderate complexity focusing primarily on technical content. Your responsibility will include to work on projects starting from the Concept Approval phase to the Start of Production and will have to support the hand-over to Maintenance. Fully understand Platform and Customer project specific requirements and coordinate interdisciplinary execution of them. Plan and manage projects directly related to customer delivery while following Intel processes. Lead the technical project team and be key interface to the project, internal/external contributors and customer. Develop solutions to problems by exercising judgment and discretion. Determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resources in agreement with the Engineering management, and communicate expectation to team members. Track progresses against release schedule and in collaboration with the project management.

Qualifications

- Must have several years of development experience of Electronic Control Unit ECU for automotive projects and a minimum of 2 years Tech Project Management/Lead experience- Must have ability to understand SW/HW customer requirements and customer milestones in automotive environment, match them with TSD engineering planning and create a customer delivery plan- Must have ability to identify risks & issues and to coordinate technical teams to achieve resolution and delivery of projects to customer- Must have ability to manage conflicts and negotiate with customer, 3rd party and internal stakeholders- ADAS experience will be preferred. Need understanding of SW & HW interaction in IVI/SDC and Autonomous Driving AD projects and experience in delivery of complex projects - good development background will be preferred- Need Experience in delivering complex projects at product quality in automotive environment- Understands the processes/integration and qualification procedures of an OEM and a Tier1- Need Experience in working in complex organizations- Technical background: RTOS experience Linux, Android, QNX, GHS/Hypervisor, Embedded SW development background and programming techniques, Presentation tools, development tools- Working knowledge of DOORS and DOORS Next Gen DNG preferred- ISO26262 Functional Safety experience preferred- Understanding of automotive Security concepts secure boot, key storage and execution preferred- Project management tools, Automotive SPICE, Agile planning, SW/HW quality concepts, Requirement Management- Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills in English- Must have the ability to operate under intense time pressure- Availability to travel in Europe and outside Europe as needed to visit customer and other Intel development sites
