Intel's Datacenter Solutions Group DSG is looking for highly motivated people to help grow its server products and solutions business to the next level.
As an NPI TME, you will utilize your marketing, technical, and customer orientation skills, while working on next generation Intel server products supporting Cloud, HPC, RSD, Storage, and General Purpose Server segments.
You will be assigned server products that are in definition and development phases and will participate in product development teams who will rely on you as a customer advocate, to provide feedback related to system integration, system usability, and system serviceability.
During product development phases, you will be responsible for providing direct customer support, answering questions, investigating reported issues, and helping them bring product to market. In addition, you will work as part of a development team to define and develop all product documentation and other supporting collaterals.

Desired profile
Qualifications
Master or a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience related to server systems.
2+ years of server system experience in a development, test, or support capacity
You must possess very strong technical writing skills.
Strong written, verbal, presentation, and time/task management skills are a must for this position.
Leadership capability and strong interpersonal communications skills are also highly desired.
You should possess a strong understanding of server board architecture, server system features, and be familiar with current and upcoming technologies for use in server systems targeted for the identified server segments.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Working experience with various Linux and Microsoft* server operating systems
Experience working directly with customers in a marketing, sales, or support role
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
You must be able to work effectively in a collaborative work environment
