You will be reporting to the manager of the Enterprise Talent Research team, working closely with Talent researchers/advisors and HR functions.

Responsibilities may be quite diverse in a technical nature and will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the role, U.S. experience and education requirements. Job assignments may be for the summer or for short periods throughout the school year.

The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

- Collecting intelligence from the local market in order to drive strategic talent decisions and programs.

- Owning a cross-team process, tools or projects, including defining, executing, measuring and improving it to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Participating and owning parts of talent market data collection, data processing and data analysis.

- Participating and owning parts of labor market intelligence analysis projects which will help the HR organization and business leaders better understand and solve some of the company's biggest talent challenges

Desired profile

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences
Minimum Qualifications:
- The suitable candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor or Master's degree in Industrial engineering, Statistics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or similar/related discipline- Must have legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship- Must be able to work at least 3 full days a week, have at least 1 year left before graduation and be able to work in Arizona or Oregon
- 3 months experience with web-search capabilities and experience with MS Office tools

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with statistics, R or coding skills is a benefit
- Advanced excel and PowerPoint is a plus
- Experience working in a human resources or staffing function is a plus
