Job description

Coordinator Engagement:
Embedded Coordinator(sales group)
Recruiter/HM/SM assign coordinator

Requisition responsibilities:
Validate req approval with finance
Job description help, create, submit req, refine
Audit, and monitor aging( Requisition Aging Clean-up report) and SEED reqs
Org unit creation

Interview Management:
Send and monitor candidate"s completion of Intel Security application via Taleo, and send the candidate "Next Steps" email instructions
Coordinate and create a high volume of complex interview schedules taking place onsite or via phone.
Book candidate travel as needed, rental car, and hotel accommodations as needed
Act as the primary logistical contact to the candidate and hiring manager from the interview scheduling process through their date of hire

Candidate Care/Management(ATS):
Disposition candidate"s in Taleo
Follow up with HM every week in conjunction with the recruiters
Candidate follow up and keep warm as needed

Offer:
Taleo offer review of compensation, immigration, relocation, and start date, ensuring the offer package is in line with hiring guidelines, or guaranteeing approval is obtained for those offers outside of regular guidelines
Submit the FDO(custom laptop request)
Cross reference virtual site creation and audit against offer letters
Once offer is accepted, immigration process, immigration assessment, handful to coordinator to finish (FNOJ)
IPOCC hand off potential

Onboarding:
FDO check point, new hires application(during HM offer development) requiring error free data entry, which forwards new hire onboarding documents to candidates.
Laptop tracking to virtual sites.
NEO validation, virtual site check

Additional Tasks:
Manage record keeping of all recruiting related documents such as filing of background check consent forms, background check documentation, new hire application, offer terms and offer letters on a shared drive for all new hires, Internal transfers, and International Transfers for compliance.
Generate talent maps for specific discipline, cross referencing all Linkedin projects(not limited to)
Respond to all internal or external recruiting-related inquiries with a sense of urgency, and direct/escalate to the proper source for information and follows up as appropriate
Identify source of hire, and cross reference referral with ERP programs as needed
Run HR reports through, extracting data into Excel, to include pivot tables and v-look-up"s to run New Hire Report, Pending Requisition Report, Finance Offer Status Report, Sales Vacancy Report, GTA Vacancy Report
Conduct new hire meet and greet in Santa Clara and Plano

Desired profile

Required Experience/Skills & Education:

Bachelor"s degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience supporting multiple individuals and prioritizing work
Proficient with MS Office Suite, including intermediate knowledge of Excel, to include pivot tables and v-look-up"s
Proficient with an enterprise applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Taleo
Previous experience with SAP HRIS
Demonstrated customer orientation, ability to work effectively on a team and build effective working relationships
Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Energetic self-starter with the ability to perform in a fast paced environment
Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
