Intel is looking for an experienced SSD Test Development Engineer who will be involved in the execution of test development projects.
Responsible include but are not limited to:
· Insure the testability and manufacturability of SSD products from the feasibility stage through production ramp in high volume manufacturing.
· Make significant contributions to defining DFT/DFM requirements and the design, development and validation of testability circuits.
· Evaluate, develop, and debug of complex test methods.
· Develop and debug complex software programs per System Integration and Manufacturing requirements.
· Create and tests validation & production test hardware solutions.
· Analyze and evaluate SSD product specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of SSD requirements with production equipment capability with specific emphasis on yield analysis & improvement.
· Analyze early customer returns with emphasis on driving test hole closure activities.
· Create and appliy concepts for optimizing SSD manufacturing relative to both quality and cost constraints.

Non-Volatile Solutions Memory Group: The Non-Volatile Memory Solutions Group is a worldwide organization that delivers NAND flash memory products for use in Solid State Drives (SSDs), portable memory storage devices, digital camera memory cards, and other devices. Desired profile
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering,
Computer Science or other related field of study
- 1+ or more years experience in product and/or test development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in NVM products architecture and applications. - Strong programming skills, semiconductor and/or system products testing.
- Prior experience with Flash, SRAM, SDRAM Memory Components in the area of circuit design, product test development, fab processing
