As a Tester Development Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering innovative engineering & production tester software, hardware, firmware and diagnostic solutions for Intel devices functional test and parameters measurement/characterization. Your involvement will be from tester solution requirement gathering, design, development, qualification, deployment through support phases.You will be working with New Product Introduction Engineering team to define, develop and rollout the next generation of tester platform requirements and methodologies. You will also be working with Product Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering teams to optimize and harden the existing tester platform solutions.

Desired profile

Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering.Strong knowledge and skills of PC based system level design, development and debug. Solid understanding and experience with test executive software application eg. LabView/TestStand/custom and/or communication protocols eg. GPIB/LXI/USB/PCIe in engineering development and manufacturing activities is preferred. Good working knowledge of C++/C preferably in MS Visual C++/.NET IDE.Good knowledge of Verilog/VHDL and EDA design tools is a plus.Proven track of records in project management skills.Excellent written and oral communications and experience working in a cross functional team environment are essential.Strong problem solving and analytical skills
