Job Description
We are looking for a professional and passionate software development manager to lead the Thunderbolt SW/FW development team.
You'll be responsible for the whole development life cycle of Thunderbolt Windows and Linux drivers, Thunderbolt FWs components and other SW/FW solutions for Thunderbolt products.
As a manager, you'll set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. You will also provide direction and goals to the group and interacts with stakeholders both internal and external.

Inside this Business Group

The Client Computing Group is responsible for all aspects of the client computing business across Phone, Phablet, Tablet and PC platforms, leading Intel's efforts to transform client computing through technologies, new form factors, and driving Intel's corporate-wide user experience initiatives. This spans all client device brands including hardware, software and connectivity ingredients for phones, tablets, Ultrabook™, All-in-Ones, 2 in 1 computing devices, and home gateways.

Desired profile

Qualifications

* Experience in C/C++ programming
* Experience in scripting languages (Python/Perl/Tcl)
* At least 5 years of proven expertise in SW/FW development
* At least 3 years of proven expertise as a SW/FW development manager
* Excellent communication skills
