The group, a fresh, dynamic collaboration between Intel's Intelligent Solutions Group and Wind River Systems, utilizes assets from across all of Intel in such areas as industrial automation, retail, automobiles and aerospace.
What you'll do
The IOTG team is dedicated to helping Intel drive the next major growth inflection through productivity and new business models that are emerging as a result of IoT.
As a Software Architect you will:
· Be responsible for the technical direction of a project as well as make high level design choices for the software structure, frameworks, protocols and algorithm
· Define coding practices, development tools, validation requirements and perform pathfinding and surveys technologies
· Interact with multiple technologists in the company and within the industry as well as between developers and project managers to evaluate feasibility of requirements and set priorities for development
Desired profile
Must have
· Indebt knowledge of Software Defined Cockpit (SDC) automotive domain
· Product experience in delivering SDC based products to market
· Strong knowledge of requirement tools like DOORS Next Gen
· Expert in embedded automotive software architectures
· Knowledge of different OS architectures, Linux is required
· Experience in working in an Open Source environment
· Ability to consume large amount of code to reverse engineer into design where design documents are typically lacking
· Good knowledge in software modelling tools based on UML/SysML
· Strong customer communication skills
· Ability to work in a cross-geo Environment
· Fluent in English

· Android/QNX/GHS/AutoSAR
· Fluent German
