We're looking for a Social/Digital media expert, who will help bring Intel leading talent. Our Great team works to develop and maintain hiring pipe infrastructures and required to perform practical and creative ways to bring leading talent to Intel. We have fields of expertise, traditional sourcing channels for mass hiring, and for unique hiring, we invest a lot of time activating passive candidates through a highly engaged approach. Our Job #1 is to meet our targets by creating an awesome candidate experience, and work closely to the Business for attracting, engaging, and nurturing current and future talent for Intel Israel. In this role you will be managing Social Digital media channels, as well as planning, optimization, and executing of marketing materials to be used across channels as well as paid social. In order to do so, you will manage internal digital production, trafficking, execution and budgeting. You will partner with various team members and will drive accountability, advanced audience targeting and be programmatic in digital media across all digital touch points. Of course, you will have to oversee A/B testing and optimization of conversions along the funnel, deliver digital plan measurement, reporting and optimization; provide analysis, metrics and consistent reporting for improvement of our campaigns.

Desired profile

If you think you are one of us, you must be: An Advanced degree student who can work 4 days a week (at least 2 years Studies remaining time) With Deep understanding of Social Media previous experience in advertisement /marketing/Marcom/ branding. Being a Great team player with Creative innovative mindset. Ability to work in ambiguous dynamic environment. High Project management skills, Excellent English strong excel capabilities If you have in addition, Familiarity with recruitment, hiring, and/or sourcing, previous experience working in a global company and Project management skills - it's even better and will be an advantage Location: Kiryat Gat/Haifa/Petah Tikva- flexibility to work in multiple sites
