Come join Intel's Product Architecture Group organization as a SoC Fabric Architect. In this role you will be responsible for architectural definition and specification delivery of non-coherent fabric IP and buttress IP required for integrating 3rd party IP into Intel SoC. You will be part of a small team working on Intel's fabric IP portfolio.
Responsibilities:
· Drive the architecture definition for newfeatures/capabilitiesin IOSF (Intel On-die System Fabric) and PSF (Primary Scalable Fabric), the on-die non-coherent fabric IP used in all Intel SoC products.
· Drive and own the architecture specification for modular/configurable buttress IP that maps 3rd party soft and hard IP to Intel chassis compliant perimeter, with support for system architecture capabilities to support security, virtualization, interrupt mapping etc.
· Work closely with implementation team to translate the architecture into a configurable, modular and automated IP block

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Architecture, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering, with 4+ years' experience
· Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Architecture, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering, with 3+ years' experience
· Experience in the following areas:
· Computer architecture, design or performance
· System level experience CPU, network, GPU, etc.
· Understanding of PCI-e protocol, industry standard protocols such as AMBA
· Experience/understanding of workloads and benchmark performance
· Platform level architectures and performance
Preferred Qualifications:
· 3 years or more experience as SoC/IP architect and have an understanding of different SoC architectures as well as the trade-offs or challenges in this space
· Excellent hardware, design, debug, and programming skills
· Experience in software development with C/C++ and scripting languages
