Assists in providing technical support for products in Intel modem technology family host integration.

Responsibilities may include:

·  Act as technical expert, consultant, analyst, to solve customer issues reported on their product development on host telephony integration domain specific, maintain customized telephony SW branch
·  Respond to customer/client requests or issues
·  Participating in new product development and testing
·  Representing the customers technical needs
·  Creating competitive analysis from a technical perspective
·  Developing and presenting technical product training materials
·  Working with the sales team to help resolve customers technical questions, participates in customers visits, and presentations

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

·  Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline, with main subjects and work experience in academic or internship projects related to wireless communications and embedded software engineering
·  5+ years in 3G/LTE/5G or other Wireless host driver development and support
·  Good embedded debugging skills and familiarity with protocol trace & analysis tools
·  5+ years of solid and proven software development skills and coding practices in embedded C/C++
·  Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills, good understanding of software development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Experience in Microsoft Windows NDIS architecture and modem host driver interfaces
·  Experience with developing telephony software stacks
·  Experience with of TCP/IP protocol trace analysis
·  Ability to debug system integration issues involving PCIe and BIOS
·  Risk-taking to explore new possibilities for improvement and innovation
·  Experience with virtual prototyping environments
