In this position, you will work as a Corporate Services TCM technician.
You will be interacting with engineering as well as other technicians maintaining sophisticated chemical and gas delivery systems. Your scope will include all High Volume Manufacturing HVM gas and chemical bulk delivery system operations on the Arizona campus.
In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Operating and maintaining chemical and gas delivery systems which support High Volume Manufacturing-Perform routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on chemical, solvent, and gas systems.
Utilizing quality systems, diagnosing process issues, interpreting data related to bulk chemical and gas delivery systems.
Maintaining Analytical equipment and creating the Statistical reports Preventative Excursion Management Systems
Utilizing Maximo Maintenance planning software and Intel ICT-ML document repository.
Understanding and diagnosing analytical data using Cimplicity.
Good communication skills and interacting with manufacturing and other customers/stakeholders within a diverse organization.
Role modeling safety and attentive to detail, procedural requirements related to the handling of hazard production materials.
Demonstrate good verbal and written communication.
Demonstrate good computer skills, including the use of MS Office applications, VistaDMIS, and Fuzion.
Ability to work in a team environment and possess positive interpersonal skills.
Possess a strong personal focus on safety for themselves and other team members.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
2-year Associates of Science degree related to a Technical/Engineering discipline or Military service equivalent with >1 year related Chemical/Gas Management work experience.
Able to work holidays, nights, overtime, and other shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in facilities chemical distribution systems is favorable.
Able to lift a minimum of 30lbs and work ergonomically within in confined spaces.
Able to perform job roles and responsibilities while wearing personal protective equipment PPE.
Able to work from heights and climb ladders. Demonstrate knowledge of how to use all hand tools, power tools, and test and analytical/metrology equipment used in the area.
Knowledge of chemical nomenclature and gases used in a semiconductor processing facility.
Knowledge and proven ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pumps, valves and PLC control logic.
Understanding of chemical blending systems and operations.
Ability to operate a PIT forklift, pallet jack and spend a considerable part of your day working in a mobile environment.
Ability to multitask issues and carry a team duty phone.
