Mask Manufacturing Technician MMT performs functions associated with mask production including successful operation of the assigned module in meeting safety, quality, and output goals. Duties include processing of product, maintaining tools sets and processes, participating in module team structure, ensuring area cleanliness, and training others. MMT is responsible for troubleshooting nonstandard events in the production line, and reviewing technological health and stability. The MMT may be responsible for the buddy, trainer, and certifier levels and is in charge of updating training manuals. MMT may also need to participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team as required. Work is somewhat complex and is performed within the spectrum ranging from narrowly defined parameters and limited judgment up to highly complex and nonstandard assignments in nature and broadly defined parameters. Normally receives general instructions on routine work, and detailed instructions on new work. The MMT job requires a moderate to heavy level of physical activities. Physical requirements of the job include but not limited to the following:Working 12 hour compressed work week CWW shifts. Shifts rotate from three to four days a week. Able to work in a clean room environment, wearing gortex gowns, booties, safety glasses and gloves. Spend majority of time 90% less break time on the floor working on the tool sets processing product.Standing/sitting for extended periods of time. Walking up to 9 hrs per day. Walking may also include pushing transport carts with up to 20 lbs. of force.Carrying up to 6-9 lbs. of weight more than 20 times per day.Reaching as high as 60" and as low as 18" to place or remove up to 6 pounds of weight. Keyboard and mousing computer work, up to 9 hrs per day.Semiconductor manufacturing equipment utilizes magnetic fields that can interfere with medical devices.Must have permanent right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Desired profile
Candidate must possess a minimum of two years of technical Associate's degree or high school diploma with more than 2 years of semiconductor experience. Candidates with 3 or more years of military electronic/avionic technician training including ability to demonstrate basic knowledge in electronics or digital circuitry, experience with end-user computer skills and navigation, schematic/wiring diagram reading, electronic systems troubleshooting and maintenance and the testing, repairing and troubleshooting faulty electronic equipment down to a component using available schematics, technical data and test equipment will also be considered. Other qualifications include:Follows safety and ergonomics procedures and pays close attention to work environment and is diligent about keeping it safe, clean, uncluttered, and free of hazards.Routinely meets quality standards.Routinely meets module output goals. Manages time & workload and able to move product according to spec.Must be able to work successfully with teammates. Must be able to successfully multi-task.Working knowledge of standard PC tools such as MS Windows, MS Outlook, and MS Office suite.Able to respond to statistical process control SPC violations and follow response flow checklists RFC. Experience in Mask/Wafer manufacturing environment is a plus
