Job description

An exciting opportunity to join the Sales Commissions & Incentives team working in a fast moving and exciting environment delivering critical commission and incentive administration to the Intel sales team. This position within the Sales Enablement Group of SMG will require on time and accurate inputs related to the preparation and administration of the Intel sales commission plan, including data audits. The individual will also work with our global sales teams addressing pay Inquiry management, including answering field sales questions, and tracking and analyzing of individual performances during payroll cycles. This role will also require ensuring team and field compliance with legal requirements and process standards. Additional responsibilities will include coordination/contribution of group tasks/projects, supporting preparation of indicators, including preliminary analysis; and contribution to group communications and training materials.

Desired profile

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
- Business/Finance or related degree preferred
- Min 2 years work experience in a business environment
