The successful candidate will join Intel Ireland R&D Semiconductor Test development group PEG/MVE Organization. We are focused on Digital content development and validation for Intel's latest microprocessors, chipsets and communication devices.

Successful candidates will be expected to develop Test modules for integration into test program infrastructure, and be able to debug and validate digital test content on Silicon and ensure the highest quality module releases as required by the product roadmap. They will also be responsible for owning PHI product health indicators by developing, optimizing and innovating Module flow development to improve overall yields and Test time via content characterization.

Candidates are expected to engage with MVE, Yield and Design partners to ensure fully capable HVM high volume manufacturing TP releases. Successful candidate will also have the opportunity to expand their technical knowledge in the areas of digital content development Scan, Functional, Array.

The Platform Engineering Group (PEG) is responsible for the design, development, and production of system-on-a-chip (SoC) products that go into Intel's next generation client and mobile platforms. Desired profile

Qualifications

·  The successful candidate must hold minimum qualification of Bachelor's degree NFQ level 7/8, Masters NFQ level 9 in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or similar area.
·  Previous work experience in Agile framework a distinct advantage.
·  Candidate must have strong problem solving skills, collaboration/team work mentality.
·  Previous work experience in communication devices an advantage also.
